Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms govern your participation in the Almeda affiliate program. By applying to the program, you agree to these terms in addition to the Almeda Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not apply.

1. Eligibility

You need an Almeda account to apply. Every application is reviewed by hand, and approval is at our discretion. You may have one active application at a time. If your application is not approved, you may reapply after 30 days. We may decline or remove any affiliate for any reason, including a poor fit with the program or a violation of these terms.

2. Commissions

When someone signs up through your referral code or link and makes their first paid payment to Almeda, you earn a one-time commission of 30% of that first payment. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid, net of discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes. A referral that refunds, disputes, or cancels before the payment settles does not earn a commission, and any commission already credited for a later refunded payment may be reversed. Your affiliate portal is the source of truth for the rate and the earnings credited to your account.

3. Payouts

Payouts are handled through your hosted affiliate portal. You connect your payout details there, and the portal tracks your clicks, conversions, and earnings in one place. Payout timing, minimum payout thresholds, and supported payout methods are described in the portal and are subject to its terms. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the commissions you earn.

4. Referral Attribution

Each affiliate is issued a unique referral code and link. When someone visits Almeda through your link, a cookie records the referral so you are credited when they sign up and go paid. Attribution lasts for the cookie window set in the affiliate portal. Referrals are credited on a last-touch basis, so if a newer affiliate referral overwrites yours, or the visitor clears their cookies or uses a different device or browser, the referral may not be attributed to you. We do not credit referrals that are not tracked by the portal.

5. Promotion Restrictions

You may promote Almeda honestly to your own audience. You may not:

  • Bid on Almeda brand terms, or close variants and misspellings of them, in paid search or other paid advertising.
  • Refer yourself, or use your own code or link on your own account or accounts you control.
  • List your code on coupon, deal-aggregator, cashback, or coupon-scraping sites.
  • Spam, send unsolicited messages, or misrepresent Almeda, its pricing, or its features.
  • Imply that you are Almeda, speak on its behalf, or offer discounts or terms we have not authorized.
  • Use the Almeda name, logo, or marks except to promote Almeda in line with these terms.

Commissions earned through prohibited promotion may be withheld or reversed, and may result in removal from the program.

6. Program Changes and Termination

We may change the program, including the commission rate, attribution window, and these terms, and will post material changes here. Continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept it. Either of us may end your participation at any time. You may leave the program from your affiliate portal, and we may suspend or remove you for violating these terms or for abuse. On termination, your right to promote Almeda and to earn new commissions ends. Commissions that are validly earned and not yet reversed will be paid according to the portal's payout terms, except where they were earned through a violation of these terms.
